A Tulsa man named Matthew Mathena arrested in Sand Springs for allegedly kidnapping a woman that he picked up from work, assaulting her, and threatening bodily harm to her with a screwdriver. The incident happened at 81st West Avenue and Charles Page Boulevard were she worked at and said Matthew Mathena and another woman showed up to pick her up. She claimed that he was aggressive and yelling at her. She dropped off the other woman, and Mathena told her to keep driving, he then grabs her and kept threatening her. She tried to flee the car but was unable to do so. She called a family member, and he pulled out a screwdriver, and she took it from him and tossed it out the window. They stopped at a Quick Trip, and he continued to tell her to get in the car. They were pulled over for traffic stopped, and he was arrested and eventually booked into David L Moss, Tulsa County jail on 75,100 in bonds. All Defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
Another Predator caught thanks to a parent who took time and did the right thing. These people are all over Social media targeting young children. This guy will not be doing this now for a long time I hope. We need to check our children's phones and accounts from time to time. It is not violating them, and if you think so, then you are more of a friend to your child then a parent. Sorry if you do not like hearing that, but it is true. We need to be the adults here and remember these are our children, they may not like what we have to say sometimes, but if we sugarcoat it or pretend it doesn't happen, then it could be our kids next. Not saying the child is at fault here but I am happy the parent did the right thing and did not ignore it.
My personal opinion is Children do not need to be on Social Media; they need to be children outside playing with friends and enjoying life. We need to protect our kids from these predators which are easier said than done. I don't know why a 10-year-old needs a cellphone in the first place. Maybe I am old fashion, or perhaps I am scared knowing there are a lot of sick individuals living among us. We are the only protection our children have. If we are too busy ourselves online, then our children would be curious to see whats so fun about it.

We all understand that drugs are a addiction and most people need help to get rid of this habit. Most times a rehabilitation center is the only place to help the majority of drug users. They provide facilities designed to help patients succeed in kicking their habits. Whether medically or spiritual, these places do help people that need help.
When someone is on bond though the court will not excuse them from court unless the Judge approves this first. Basically if someone out on bond and needs help they must have their attorney speak with the District Attorney and Judge to see if the Courts will allow this while you are going threw the court process.
If a Judge is not aware the defendant is not in rehab and they have a court date you can almost guarantee that they will issue a warrant for arrest. Once a person has a warrant for a fail to appear it makes it harder to fix this unless the defendant is present with the attorney and bondsman. This can cause problems for whomever cosigners for the bond. Please contact your bondsman and attorney if you chose to get help.
Alameda Bail Bonds in Tulsa is here to make sure all our clients seeking help, will receive it. We will try our hardest to make sure you will not only go to court but succeed any addiction you may be fighting. That's not part of our service, thats just the right thing to do.

Whenever someone is accused of a arrest-able Charge in the City of Owasso, Oklahoma, they are booked in the Owasso Jail. If the charges aren't State charges they will remain at the Owasso Jail until they either pay the full amount of the Bail, Choose to hire a Bail Bondsman, or sit it out in custody until they are released.
When a Defendant pays the full amount of bail as long as they don't forfeit there bail they can use that money to pay their fines. Most people do not have that kind of cash sitting around so they can pay a percentage of the full amount and hire the services of a Bondsman. The Bondsman will often require a third party cosigner whom will take the financial responsibility of paying the courts the full amount of the Bail of a defendant forfeits or skips his bail.
Most often people who bond out of jail will have a couple of court dates to A. Plead guilty or no Contest and pay a fine which could be made in payments. B. Plead not guilty and hire a attorney to represent them and fight their case. The City of Owasso has its own courthouse that has court several times a month at 6 pm. This helps its residents whom have day jobs not lose any time from work or school.
The court system and the Police in Owasso, Oklahoma act in a professional matter and doesnt discriminate against anyone. It really define the meaning of Justice is Blind. Owasso registered bondsman Angel Alameda of Alameda Bail Bonds in Tulsa has been providing Owasso service since 2007. Never has any client complained that they were treated unfair by the Police, Court Clerks, or the Judges and District Attorney. Thank you Owasso for letting Alameda Bail Bonds in Tulsa help you get your friends and Families out of jail custody.
Tonight i went out to the City of Owasso to talk to a wife of a person who skipped court. I already had re endorse this person bond once and he turned around and missed court again on me. I went to talk to them to see who we could resolve this since it is the Holidays and all.
When i got the the residence all i could hear was screaming. I approach the front door there is a space where i can see in. The defendant was chasing her and had hit her in the back. He also told her he was going to kill her and he wasnt going to jail. My first instanct was to kick in the door and apprehend this person until I saw the one year child and i remember her telling me she also had a 3 year old child as well. That is when I knew it was better to call the police then kicking in a door and risking the woman and childrens safety.
We tend to thin that we have control of recoveries but in reality things can go wrong in a matter of seconds if we decide to be heroes. Police Officers are trained to respond to situations like this and we are not. We must think of the safety of all involved especially children. I am happy to say that the Police Officers handled this in a professional matter and no one was injured. The defendant was also taken in to custody for domestic Violence and the womam and children are safe.
Growing up ive seen my fair share of abuse and i wish that upon no one. People who abuse women will never stop either. Hopefully the women can just realize that they matter too and move on with life away from the Abusers. We can always hope for that anyway.

Tulsa Bail Bondsman
Thanksgiving was awesome for Alameda Bail Bonds in Tulsa. The food, spending time with loved ones, and most importantly being thankful for the simple things in life. Thats what makes it all worth it. Simple things like seeing your child grow up and taking time to be at all their soecial moments makes their eyes light up. We will be going to the toy store this year to get gifts for the less unfortunate children. We will be donating to Toys for Tots and John 3:16 to help families in need. This is what Jesus wants us to do is to help each other.
Im happy that Ebola did not cause a Epidemic in our country this year. Even thouhh there were riots in Ferguson, Missouri Im thankful that others have not lost their lives. I pray for the family of Michael Brown because losing a child is never a good thing. I cannot give any opinion in this matter for I was not there. All I can do is pray for the family and hope no other young people dont lose their lives to Guns, whether it be Law Enforcement or violent street crimes. God Bless us all and protect us from evil.
This has been a year for Alameda Bail Bonds in Tulsa. We are blessed and happy for many reasons this year. As for myself being a Bondsman wasnt stressful enough when i had a tumor in my lymph node. Thank god it was benign and i can continue to post bail and provide for my family, speaking of the family, we did get to go to Puerto Rico to visit my mother, father, grandmother and other member of the Mercado and Alameda family. My daughter got to visit the beach and loved it. This was our first trip for Masako, Aki, and Myself as a family and we did awesome.
On the business side i cannot complain at all. It hasnt been extremely busy but it has been steady. I am looking forward to what 2015 has to offer me in the field of Bail Bonds. Thank you Tulsa for making it another good year for Alameda Bail Bonds in Tulsa. We have lowered the rates throughout the holidays to help all families be together. Remember if you can donate a toy to Toys for Tots it will make a better Christmas for a child in need. We wish you a Happy Thanksgiving and hope you have a safe one as well.
